Disk uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, page usage, interactions, approximate
location and general device information. Google Analytics may set identifiers such as the _ga cookie. Analytics does not receive PDFs opened locally in your browser or the
contents of your sales materials from the live sample.
Information you send us
When you contact Disk, we receive the information included in your message, such as your name, company, contact details, plan interest and presentation requirements. Website enquiries are stored in our Cloudflare-hosted database. Email attachments are handled through the relevant email service. To limit automated abuse, Disk temporarily stores a one-way hash derived from the submitting connection; it is not used to identify a person.
PDFs and sales materials
Materials supplied for a managed setup are used to prepare, review, publish and support the requested presentation. Access, publishing visibility and retention expectations are confirmed as part of the setup.
Access, correction and removal
You may ask us to correct contact information, remove supplied source materials, revoke user access or remove a published presentation, subject to any information that must be retained for legitimate billing or legal purposes.
